Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in corporate real estate law. Before founding Tristão Advogados, he was a partner at Madrona Advogados and TCSA Advogados, where he advised Brazilian and international clients on highly complex transactions. He knows the real estate market from the inside and understands that successful transactions depend on strong legal counsel and strong relationships.

Giovana Teixeira Malta Palhares

Lawyer with more than eight years of experience in corporate real estate law and real estate contracts. She advises on the structuring, negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, assisting clients with acquisitions and disposals of assets, leases, built-to-suit (BTS), sale-and-leaseback and buy-to-lease transactions, as well as legal due diligence.
